Registration and Parent / Guardian Portal Login


Welcome to the 2025 Adopt-A-Child / Keep Kids Warm Campaign!
Please review these registration and login instructions and then click the LOGIN / REGISTER button!
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A PARENT ACCOUNT
Register your child(ren) for the 2025 Season
Click the LOGIN / REGISTER button above and logon to the Parent Portal.
If you forgot your password, click FORGOT PASSWORD to have a password reset link sent to you.
Once you have successfully logged on to the parent portal, review your parent / guardian contact details and either confirm nothing has changed or make any necessary updates.
The children you registered last year will be displayed in the PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED CHILDREN Section. To register any (or all) of these children, simply click the REGISTER CHILD FOR CURRENT YEAR button, update any information about the child and select the items and size you are requesting. When complete, click SUBMIT. The child will now appear under the CURRENTLY REGISTERED CHILDREN section. Repeat as necessary for each returning child.
Be sure to have the child’s ID ready as every application (new and returning) requires ID to ensure you are the custodial parent / guardian.
To register a new child, click the NEW CHILD APPLICATION button. Complete the form and click SUBMIT. The new child’s name will appear alongside the other registered children.

Before leaving, ensure each child you whish to register appears in the CURRENTLY REGISTERED CHILDREN section. Children listed in the PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED CHILDREN section will not considered for the current season.
IF YOU ARE CREATING A PARENT ACCOUNT / REGISTERING A CHILDREN FOR THE FIRST TIME
STEP 1 – Register for a new account
Click the LOGIN / REGISTER button above, select REGISTER FOR ACCESS from the SITE LOGIN Page
Provide and confirm your email address, select a password and then click REGISTER
Complete the PARENT / GUARDIAN Registration Form
Please note that you will be asked to upload identification so be sure to have that ready!
When the form is complete, click submit!
You will receive an email confirmation for your records
STEP 2 – Complete an application for EACH child you would like to register in the program
Now that you have completed the Parent / Guardian Registration and the confirmation is on your screen, it is time to register your child(ren) in the program!
Click the CLICK HERE TO REGISTER A CHILD / CHILDREN IN THE KEEP KIDS WARM / ADOPT A CHILD PROGRAM link
Click the NEW CHILD APPLICATION button
Complete the Form and click SUBMIT
You will receive an email confirmation for your records for each application
To register another child, click the REGISTER ANOTHER CHILD link or the PARENT DASHBOARD button to return to the Parent Dashboard
CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION
Click the LOGIN / REGISTER button above and logon to the PARENT / GUARDIAN PORTAL
If you forgot your password, click FORGOT PASSWORD to have a password reset link sent to you.
You will see a a list of all applications you have made and the status of each application.
